JomSocial plugin, Terms of Service error

Yeah, it's me again.

In my JFBC JomSocial plugin settings, I have "Skip JS Terms of Service" set to "Show". During the new Facebook user registration, the user clicks the link to display the terms. The modal window is displayed. If the user clicks the "Back" button at the bottom of the window, then a "The system was not able to detect your facebook login" error is displayed. If the user clicks the X to close the window instead, everything is fine.

I think this error is specific to the new JomSocial 2.4 release. On another installation on another subdomain where I haven't upgraded JomSocial, the modal window doesn't have a "Back" button.
