Definitely. You have access to any new releases and support for your entire subscription length. Your sub isn't set to expire until May, so you'll definitely have access to it and 4.2 (tentatively scheduled for February/March).
4.1 should be out next week. We usually post it, and let users know in the forums (and their JFBC Overview page with the version check). Then, about a week later, we'll more heavily promote the release with Twitter, blog posts and newsletters. That allows us to get some early feedback from a few upgraders to make sure there aren't any critical issues they run into (very rare, but it does happen).
