Hello hello,
First thanks for this series of component, plugin and module. Very easy to setup and use :) But I still have a question :)
My website is based on K2 and I don't really understand the relationship between K2 comments settings and JFBC- Content plugin K2 - comments.

Enabling JFBC Comments plugin overrides K2 comments settings. If K2 comments are fully disable for all categories but if I select JFBC K2 comments for one category, the FB comment box will always be display right for that category?

The settings for JFBConnect comments and K2 comments are independent. You can actually have both comment boxes show up, if you want to. So, when you configure the K2 - Comments section of JFBConnect, those are the settings that will be used for the FB Comments widget in your articles, regardless of how you have K2 comments setup.
