New User - Which one should I download?

Sorry for the confusion. We're going to be making that a little clearer soon.

In your case, you'll likely want to download all the files.
* Install the main com_jfbconnect component. That's required for everything.
* Unzip the profile_plugins zip, and install just the jomsocial plugin in there
* If you want user's status updates in JomSocial to push back to their Facebook wall, you can install the PostToWall plugin
* The social_modules zip has all the Like, Comment, etc widgets in Module form. Not all sites need or want these. With the main JFBConnect component, you can use {JFBCLike} anywhere in your text or set it up to automatically add Likes/Comments to all articles.. so the modules just give more flexibility, if you want to use them that way.
