In the 4.1 release, we'll have the option to disable each of those buttons individually. In the meantime, to remove the LinkedIn button only, please see the post below:

As for moving the Like to the left, we wouldn't recommend it. If you use the button_count or box_count views, the Like will actually be on the left by default. If you're using the standard layout, we put the Like button on the right of the other buttons because it has the extra text of "You and x friends like this" or whatever, which will shove the other buttons over.
With that said, if you really want the Like on the left with the text, and then the +1 and Tweet buttons, I can tell you the modifications that would be required to do so.
