No problem for the 'inconvenience', this is what we do.
With the Open Graph tags (already enabled on your site), if you don't explicitly set a title or description, JFBConnect will use the meta title and description tags. However, Facebook only re-scans these tags every 24-72 hours, so if you just updated the tag, it may not reflect immediately. You can use Facebook's URL debugger tool to see what it should see. If it looks good there, just give it a little time, and you should be good. The debugger tool 'usually' updates Facebook immediately as well, but can't guarantee that:
