JFBConnect latest version module colors

I'm assuming you mean the things like "Find us on Facebook" on the JFBCFan module? If so, the answer is unfortunately no. The header is loaded from Facebook itself through an iFrame to their site. What this means is that there's no way to alter the looks of it. It's done this way by design, because Facebook wants to keep their branding intact and, most importantly, don't want site owners changing the look in such a way that they could deceiver user's (specifically, so they can't make a Like button look like a link or something else to hijack/inflate Likes).
