JFB modules and syntax not working

Hello,

I have properly installed and configured jfbconnect on a 1.7 joomla installation and I am trying to test out the features.

When I try to use any of the modules on the site or use the syntax it simply displays the syntax.

if you go to smacgaming.com you will see what I am talking about on the home page as I have set the like module to appear on the front page and subsequent pages.

I have tried posting the facebook login into an article as well with {JFBCLogin}

and literally "{JFBCLogin}" is what appears on the site.

I have used the jfb version on 1.5 site in the past and have not experienced this problem.

TO further clarify I am using the MOST CURRENT version of jfb connect for 1.7 installations.

PLEASE DISREGARD THIS POST lol........

sigh.... I didn't enable the SYSTEM plugin.
