I feel very silly now, I have just noticed that we have joomla 1.5 and this extension is for 1.6, because this is a business website (www.passlee.com) we are unable to update to 1.6 due to other extensions that only work with 1.6

In the download area, there are versions available for both Joomla 1.5 and Joomla 1.6/1.7. We fully support Joomla 1.5, and use it on this site here.
