You're English is fine, no worries
1) There is a German language pack that comes with JFBConnect. It was contributed by other users. We try to keep it up to date, and haven't heard of any problems with it.
2) Purchasing JFBConnect gives you access to support and all updates for 6 months. After 6 months is up, you are free to continue using JFBConnect as long as you want. You only need to re-purchase if you want a newer release or need support.
