As for your issue, I'm honestly not sure why you're seeing that warning. Can you let me know the following:
1) What version of JomSocial are you using? (likely not related, but good to know)
2) Do you have any fields mapped in the JFBConnect Profiles area? If not, can you map one (any one), just to see if that fixes the problem. It shouldn't be necessary, but will help us diagnose things.
Finally, just so you know, JFBConnect 3.4 is out now, which has some new features and bug-fixes. For JomSocial integration, in particular, we added the ability to show Terms of Service and support for multiple profiles. You may want to look into upgrading. It should be easy, and may fix your issue automatically, but not sure as this isn't an issue we've heard of.
