Hi Alzander,

I´m facing another issue related to the redirection of the login. The process is simple:
1. User is not loged and want to download an document from www.polyorganic.com.br/2011/index.php/pr...micos-de-performance
2. User click in Download button.
3. User is redirect to make download. When the user make the download, how can I make he back to the page he where? Because in the moment, the user have to search again for the product. I don´t know if this is an issue regarding Phoca Downloads (the component for the download section) or if JFBC can resolve this problem.
4. Another issue: Sometimes, weven when the user is not loged in, he can download the products. The top and the righr JFBC module dosen´t show the user is loged, but I think Joomla undestand the user is loged.

Follow an image link wich I´m able to download an document but i´m not logued in as it´s showed in the JFBC modules:

How can I solve it?

Best regards.

Daniel,
For the redirection of the user, you may be able to simply disable the option for "Enable New User Redirection" and "Enable Returning User Redirction". That way, when the user logs in, it should bring them back to the login page, which I think, will then redirect them to where they were (that's what the "return=zlkjsldkfjalsdkjf" parameter in the URL is for).

Not sure if that will work out perfectly for you, but worth a shot. If not, we can probably help you make some changes to JFBConnect to make it work.

As for being able to download when not logged in, that sounds like a PhocaDownloads issue, not a JFBConnect one. I'm not sure how we'd be causing that, but if you think it is us for some reason, just let us know.

Thanks,
Alex

Hello Alzander,

The options "Enable New User Redirection:" and "Enable Returning User Redirection:" where already disable. Please make a test and see how the user is redirected any time to another page. I really need to let the user on the page.

About the login with Phoca Download, I´ll see this is a near future. Thanks for the amazing support.

Regards.

Hi,

I have a quite similar issue. I am using Community builder(1.7) + FBConnect.
I can log into my website without problem, but when I try to connect using Login and password the folowing error message appears :
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class JCacheController in /homepages/2/d146342069/htdocs/biztanque/libraries/joomla/cache/controller.php on line 20

It seams to come from the Joomla authentification. Actualy when I unpublish it, the unser can't log but the error desapears.

Any Idea?

Thanks, Mathieu

Mathieu,
Your issues seems a bit different.. even though the symptom may be the same, I don't think it's related to anything above. I'd recommend starting a new post if you're still having issues to keep things separate. As for possible causes, I'm honestly not sure. JFBConnect doesn't declare the CacheController at all, so something else (a cache manager you may have installed?) is causing the problem. Disabling the Joomla authentication plugin will cause tons of issues since 'normal' Joomla logging in won't work (though JFBConnect login should still).. but that doesn't seem like a good solution.

Daniel,
I just went into your site and started debugging, but before I got very far, I realized that something else is including the Facebook Javascript Library. It looks to be Phoca using it to add comments to the page. If you open up the HTML and search for "all.js", you'll see it in there twice. I can't be sure, but this can easily cause some of the problems I saw when testing (seems like I needed to log in twice sometimes and the redirects weren't working). I really don't know anything about Phoca, so can you determine how to disable their Facebook integration.. or at least contact them on how to not re-include the Facebook API stuff.

Hope that helps, but if you need anything else, you know where to find us.

Thanks,
Alex

Thanks Daniel,

I still don't understand where the problem came from but deleting/re-creating the user via front end works.
Thanks again.

Hello Alzander,

We disable the Phocadocuments Facebook integration but some issues still remaining. We need to try to login twice to JFBC work. Now we have just one "all.js" in the page. What´s going on? Can you guys help us?

Thanks a lot.

Daniel,
Can you PM us credentials to your site again? We periodically delete them from the PM area as a precaution.

When looking at the HTML on your page, the weirdest thing I'm seeing is that it seems like a chunk of our code is being included twice. If you search for "jfbcOptionsPermsUrl", you'll see a set of variables that we have to set to get things to work. On your page, it, and a few others in that block, are appearing twice. In both blocks, the URLs are slightly different, and I can't imagine why it's there twice or why it's different in each block. That'd be the first area I need to look into to understand what's happening, as it will likely lead down the path to where the problem is, just so you know.

Thanks,
Alex
