You need to unzip those 2nd two files first. In them, you will find individual zip files that can be installed. We separate them out because not every extension in those extra packages needs to be installed on every site. So, for instance, in the profile plugins zip, check the names (jomsocial, community builder, kunena, etc) and only install the profile plugins you need for your site for the other extensions you have installed.
