The file your looking for in the download area is:

If you can't get it, just let me know. I don't think updating the modules will fix the issue you may still be having.. but it's just best to always use the most current stuff. If you can't get it up and running, we can look into helping you install them tomorrow, but it's best to get a handle on it as we don't normally upgrade for our users. Sorry for the inconvenience
Have you tested for the IE issue again.. is the popup still hanging out too much?
