Oh.. one other thing I just noticed.. the BoxHeights thing is trying to do something to 'c4'. Searching the HTML on your page, I see 'c4' in one other spot, which is the ID of the module group that JFBCFriends and Random Quotes are set to appear in. Not sure if this will help you when looking at the template, or if you're aware of anything in the template (or elsewhere) that would possibly try to resize those modules, but again, it may give you an 'ah ha' moment :)

That's actually a good thing. There generally shouldn't be any PHP warnings or notices on your site.

I just found a site that has a little bit of the code from the template your using, and see where the issue is coming from. Can you simply try disabling the JFBCFriends and Random Quotes module for now? Once done, try logging in and seeing if that fixes it. Also, at least check if the Javascript error goes away (or leave disabled and let us know and we'll check). It's always possible I'm barking up the wrong tree, so I hate to spend a huge time finding the problem, just to find out it's not the cause of the pop-up remaining.

If that doesn't work, and if you're ok with it, it may be best to send us a set of super admin credentials to look into it further. To Private Message them, click the arrow under my name and then the little mail icon. If you're uncomfortable with that, we completely understand, and will continue to do what we can in the forums.

Thanks,
Alex

Yup, I was leading you down the wrong path. After digging around a bit, I noticed that you were using 3.3.0 of JFBConnect, which is slightly out of date.

I upgraded you to 3.3.1 which has a fix for a different type of issue, but that seemed to fix your issue too... win-win! In the process, I had to go through the Akeeba automatic configuration wizard, because to install something, your site creates a restore point.. it doesn't look like you re-configured Akeeba after your server switch.

We normally try never to install or change settings outside of JFBConnect, but in your case, I didn't think you'd mind :)

Please test, and should you run into any other issues, just let us know!

Oh yeah, I didn't upgrade your modules related to JFBConnect, so they still (on the JFBConnect Admin Overview page) read as out of date. Ideally, you should upgrade/re-install any of the modules you're using.

Of course I don't mind...but I'm 100% ok if you upgrade the admin side too because I'm not sure what you're talking about. :)

BTW - I refreshed my browser and it will now popup teh statik page and just sets there. If I close it, it will send it will log me in. Do I need to do something on my browser to get it to work?

Try closing IE and restarting it. We're definitely seeing an improvement, so I think it's gone, but obviously, I could be wrong.

As for upgrading the modules, it's not that bad :) In the admininistrator area of your site, if you go to Components->JFBConnect, you'll be on the Overview area of JFBConnect. Here, we have a section that shows you the versions of each of the JFBConnect pieces, and what version you have. You'll see a few numbers in red.. these are out of date and should be upgraded.

To do so, simply go to My Subscriptions area here on SourceCoast, grab the latest jfbc_modules zip file, unzip that file, and use the Joomla Installer to install each one. That will automatically upgrade each module as you install it.

Hope that helps, and keep us posted!
