We've heard of this issue from another user and it's in our short queue of things to investigate. We should be able to get to it soon, as we just released the newest version of JFBConnect, the first revision of our Virtuemart profile plugin, and will be releasing the updated Community Builder plugin soon.

The only bits we know about this specific warning is that:
1) It happens when you have the JomSocial profile plugin enabled
2) You're using Joomla 1.6
3) The JomSocial plugin is set to import the user's avatar (which still works as expected)
4) You have error reporting enabled in Joomla

Again, not sure what the cause is, but it's a pretty specific scenario, and we haven't heard of it causing specific issues (other than the warning), so it's not marked as critical. We should be able to have an update out soon though, once we focus on it and determine the issue.

Thanks for the report,
Alex

error mode is debug right? Because in my case it is off. All other cases are true.

Hi,

I am getting the error as well. I am using J1.6.3, JomSocial 2.2.2 and JFBConnect 3.3.1. Here is the error I'm seeing with error reporting set to maximum:
Notice: Undefined property: JFBConnectFacebookLibrary::$initalRegistration in /../../../../aquscommunity.com/plugins/jfbcprofiles/jomsocial/jomsocial.php on line 84

Warning: preg_match() [function.preg-match]: Unknown modifier '/' in /../../../../aquscommunity.com/libraries/phputf8/str_ireplace.php on line 40

(I've removed the exact location of our hosting directories.) The error happens each time I login. I have to log out and login to recreate it.
Thanks,
Aqus

Sorry for the delayed response.

Yes, we'll be investigating this issue later this week as we'll be focused on some other JomSocial integration features at that time as well. I still don't have a great answer for why it's occurring yet, but hopefully should be an easy fix. Again, we're still not aware of the warning causing negative issues for a site, but of course warnings are bad for a site and should not be a part of normal behavior.

Thanks for your patience and reports,
Alex
