I'm not sure what you're asking here, and if some of the post was cut of. You start with "I would like to know.." What are you looking to know? Sorry if I missed it somewhere.
It sounds like you want to minimize the registration steps, but also want to make sure that certain fields are filled out. For that case, you'd want to set the User Creation setting of JFBConnect to "Full Joomla Users", as that allows you (the admin) to have extra profile questions on the registration/login page. Then, in the Profiles tab of JFBConnect, make sure you have "Show non-mapped required fields at registration". Then, any CB fields that are marked as Required (address, etc) will show during registration if they aren't configured to be imported from Facebook.
Currently, we don't have a way to show the Terms of Service checkbox from CB, but are planning to add that in the next few weeks with an update to the CB plugin.
