We don't control that form when you're in the PayPlans pages. You'll need to contact them if something isn't showing as you expect in their extension. If you feel JFBConnect is causing this problem somehow, please try disabling the JFBCSystem plugin to see if it works. If not, then JFBConnect is not the cause.When you say it "JUST let me register the sailors from social channels and not from jomsocial" are you saying that the registration form for JomSocial isn't showing?

We didn't create that plugin and I really don't know what it's supposed to do.I speak of an App that exists in Payplans to install and activate, which interacts between payplans and JFBConnect
Many users have PayPlans and JFBConnect setup. I don't know their exact configuration, so I can't say what they've done, but it shouldn't take any 'hacking' of code to do so. In general, JFBConnect creates standard Joomla users that any extension, like PayPlans, can use.Install the App, if managed the problem, but clearly does not help. Also if you do not know the app and everyone works for you, I guess you should be able solvent my doubts about How to display social channels from JFBConnect and jomsocial to give option to the navigator choose and to collect with payplans in either case ?
