Actually we are facing issue with JFBConnect on our website (joomla 1.5).
The problem is when we try to log in to joomla using Facebook login button, nothing happened and users stay in the login page
I have sent admin credential + links to your Facebook page as a private message.

Mahbubeh,
We'll be more than happy to help you look into this issue, but we'll need more information before we can start. Can you tell me what version of JFBConnect and Joomla you are using? Also, you mention that you sent a private message. I have no private messages in my account from you. What user did you send that information too?

Finally, please post from the account you subscribed to JFBConnect from. Priority support is for subscribers only and we will not be able to help you if you do not have a subscription.

Thanks,
Alex

Mahbubeh,
3.4.1 is more than 2 years old and no longer works due to changes in Facebook's API. You'll need to upgrade to JFBConnect v4.3.4 for Joomla 1.5 to ensure things work properly.

If you need more support from us, please subscribe to JFBConnect. That will give you access to the latest functioning version of JFBConnect as well as let you get any support you need.

Thanks,
Alex

Mahbubeh,
Our subscriptions are for 6 months at a time. The v3.4 release is more than two years old, but would have functioned fine until about October of last year. Facebook makes constant changes on their end and we are always updating and improving JFBConnect to make sure it works with regardless of changes to Facebook or Joomla.

If you need the login functionality, you'd need to install the v4.3.4 release, which is the last version we released for Joomla 1.5. That is still available to active subscribers. Since your subscription expired a long time ago, you would need to subscribe again to have access to that release.

We do not provide installation services for our extensions, but do provide great support in case you run into issues with a current release.

I hope that helps,
Alex
