Facebook Profile Avatars Not Appearing in Module

On the home page of my site planethop.com/ ; there is a module called Top PlanetHoppers! (mod_topplanethoppers).
It displays the profile avatars for all users who have registered on my site - except those who have registered using Facebook.

To see the issue:
1. Go to the home page planethop.com/
2. Go to the Top PlanetHoppers! module on the Right module position
3. Click on "2" just above the word "PlanetHop! Ranks"
4. Broken image links will appear - these are the missing Profile Avatars for users who have registered on the site using Facebook.

Note, the user's Facebook avatars appear in their profile and in the JomSocial activity stream - the are just not appearing in this module.
Any ideas on how to fix this?
