Hi Guys,
I thought i'd just jump in as a tester for you:)

Here goes

I am viewing your site from the uk and i have the latest version of chrome installed.

These are all the extensions i have installed in chrome

Well I confirm that

1. I can see the social plug-ins can be seen from another Chrome browser from another windows computer.
2. I can NOT see the social plug-ins from MY Chrome browser from MY computer, including the demo page included.

Strange... Will investigate further.

Mmm strange,

I've just checked one 2 other devices as well and i get the same results as my desktop computer
Desktop computer running windows vista
Netbook running xp
and a nexus 7 running android 4.2 and using the chrome app.

You may of already tried these but i'll list them any way:)

1. Disable all chrome extensions
2. Clear all browser cache and server side cache in joomla
3. Uninstall and then reinstall chrome
4. Start windows in safe mode with networking. F8 on restart

Not sure if any of these with help narrow down your problem, but these are the things i would be trying.

Thanks for confirming. It helps my sanity to know I'm not going crazy and things are just working for me.

Miamiman,
Neil's suggestions are the best I'd give as well. Generally, if the social buttons don't work, it's due to an add-on in Chrome that's meant to block social networks, or Facebook in particular. The other suggestions are excellent as well if all addons are disabled.

Just to report back.

The following extension was blocking the social plug-ins on Chrome browser.

Not surprising really.

Yup, if you have an extension meant to block 3rd party services, that would cause you issues when working with Facebook.
