Stopped working on Chrome

I'm not sure what's going wrong. Is there an error message, is a button missing, or something else? If you can explain what's wrong, that would help.

Finally, please run Autotune from within JFBConnect admin area and use the Error Checker to see if any issues are prompted there. If so, fix them and see if that helps.

In the popup when I click the "» Ingresar" link at the top, I properly see the "Identificarse con facebook" button. What are you seeing? Just text, no text at all, the {JFBCLogin} tag, or something else?

Also, can you check Chrome extensions you have enabled? There are some that intentionally block social networking features from working.

I was looking at the Login with Facebook button. You never really mentioned what isn't working. Can you let us know exactly what isn't working, and why?

That will help us test if your other tests on Chrome don't help narrow things down.

First off, that's a different site than you referenced above. Are you sure you meant that site, or are you seeing this problem on multiple sites?

As for the problem, I'm seeing the social buttons in Chrome (on a Mac). However, on that page, I'm seeing that the Facebook Javascript library is loaded 3 different times on that site. The Autotune Error Checker should be calling that problem out and you'll need to remove the extra 2 calls which are definitely not helping the issue. One is from the sh404SEF social plugin, which should be disabled. I'm not sure what's including the other one.

Hope that helps get you started on diagnosing the issue.

Can you test on our demo site:

I'm using 23.0.1271.101 (slightly newer) on a Mac and not seeing that problem on any of your sites. I also tested on Windows earlier with Chrome, but didn't check the version. On each of those sites I was able to see the Like button.

Can you also try from a different computer altogether as we're simply unsure why this would be happening and just need to narrow things down.
