Hi there,

My problem is annoying: whenever someone wants to enter my site using facebook, the page gets reloaded, but not only once but many times. This cycle repeats until I click somewhere on the site. Then facebook and my site are connected as it shoud but this reloading is really annoying.
Please give me a hand on that, I don't know what I did wrong.
www.online-angol.com is my site, please check it out. If necessary I can provide the super admin access in a pivate ticket.

Aron,
Can you try disabling any cache you may have enabled and test again? If that fixes it, please disable any "browser caching" that you may have enabled. That's likely the cause. Joomla's System - Cache plugin has a browser cache option (which should be disabled), but other caching extensions may also be causing the problem.

If that's not the issue, let me know. On sites with user logins (even standard Joomla logins), browser caching should never be enabled.

Hello Alex,

Thanks for the hints. That really solved the problem. I disabled cache on the site and facebook login works well. However, It would be good if the two worked well together because in this case I have to choose between caching the site and Facebook login. Can't the two go hand in hand?

Server side caching is fine. You can't enable Browser Caching though. We use a lot of caching on our site and many other sites use it as well with JFBConnect without issue.

What caching did you disable on your site? Have you tried just disabling browser caching? All other caching should be fine.
