The error above indicates that you have the Virtuemart 2 profile plugin installed and enabled. Do you have Virtuemart 2 installed? If not, you should not enable that plugin. Similarly, if you enabled the JomSocial, Community Builder, Kunena, or other profile plugins, but don't have those extensions installed, you should not enable those plugins.

If you can't get it to work or are simply unsatisfied and want a refund, please use our Refund Request form.

Thanks,
Alex

Can you explain a bit more? What works? What tag are you inserting, and where? When doesn't it work?

If you're adding the tags to an existing module, make sure you clear the Joomla cache (or disable it while developing altogether). That way, you're sure you're changes are taking effect. Additionally, if you're editing a modules template file, make sure you're doing in the template override directory: /templates/<your_template>/html/mod_xyz/file.php

Hope that helps. I'm sure we can get you going, just need to understand what is, and isn't, working better.

Thanks,
Alex
