Your Open Graph 'type' parameter doesn't look correct. I'd recommend removing whatever override you've set for that. Then, run the Facebook Debug Tool to check the page and see if things are ok:

Hopefully then, the button will be back.
Finally, your running a pretty old version of JFBConnect. It looks to be one that is about a year old, which is a long time in Facebook-world. There's lots of new features in JFBConnect and fixes for changes in the way that Facebook works now, like the og:type tag above. Just want to let you know that more things will likely be breaking over the future, or already aren't working properly (and you may not know, unless you're testing a lot).
