There's a few ways that we know of to work around that issue. It depends on a few factors though. Can you let us know your Joomla, JFBConnect, and Virtuemart versions? That will help us provide the best soultion we've found for your combination of extensions.

Also, please post from the account you subscribed to JFBConnect from. Priority support is for active subscribers only.

Thanks for the version information. Again though, please also post from from the account you subscribed to JFBConnect from. Support takes time, and we'll have to do some investigation to come up with the best solution for that configuration, and that's why support is for active subscribers only. Your subscription allows us to keep developing JFBConnect, adding features, and helping to fix issues that arise.

If you don't have a subscription, you can get one from the following page:

If you're unsure of the account that your client subscribed from, there's two ways to verify the account.
1) Either have them make a quick post to this forum
2) Run the Autotune configuration utility. That will allow us to lookup the user's subscriber ID with the URL you gave above.

You'll want to enter your client's subscriber ID, or have them come to this site, since you're running an outdated version of JFBConnect anyways. v4.2.4 is the latest. So, have your client upgrade to that, and he can also verify the subscription in the process.

Once we know who's the actual subscriber is, we can gladly help you resolve your issues. I don't have the answer off-hand, it will still take some time to come up with the best solution. Once we know we're working with an active subscriber, we'll start digging into the problem to figure out the solution though.

Thanks!
Alex
