Notifications for new comments does not include the comment itself

When we first implemented the notification feature, we had the actual comment. However, the comment needs to be retrieved from Facebook over their API, and it wasn't always available that quickly, so we had to remove the feature. I'll add it to our task list to check if we can make that work again.

As for the title of the page, that's a great idea and honestly not something that's ever been suggested before. We wouldn't do the Article title, as the comment box can be on any type of page.. but the Page Title should work, right?

Agreed. The link is helpful to know where the comment 'is', but not where it was made. Great idea! I've added that as a feature for the v4.3 release due out in a month or so, and think it should be pretty easy to implement there.

If we come up with something sooner, I'll try to post that solution back here!
