When do you plan to have an update or fix for all of the programs which no longer work? Fan Box, Activity Feed, others no longer work at all. Your demos don't work, and no one that I can find in the Joomla Extensions Directlry seems to have a working fanbox or the like any more. Have you decided to abandon those? I paid for a subscription for a client, installed the stuff we needed (login, which still works), fanbox with activity, and that quit working. At least we should have heard something about any fixes planned or what was going on. I know you have my email address, even though my subscription has ended. Seems to me like some kind of word should be due those of us who purchased this product... Any ideas for us?????

Alan,
I'm not sure what you mean. All of those features are still fully supported by us, work on our demo site, and no other users have reported such issues. Some features like the Live Stream plugin have had issues in the past, but we don't hear about them immediately because they aren't as widely used. However, the Fan box, activity feed, comments, and everything else are *widely* used on almost all sites. Without hearing about it from anyone else, that seems to indicate the problem is local to you or your site for some reason.

Can you post or private message a URL with a page that isn't working? Can you tell us 'what' isn't working (blank area, error message, etc)? Can you try going to FB's config page and see if it works there? If not, it's not JFBConnect or Facebook, it's definitely something on your end causing issues:

Finally, yes, your subscription has ended. We'll still help you understand, where we can, what may be wrong. However, you are also (likely) at least a version or two out of date on JFBConnect. There are no fixes in the 4.2.3 or 4.2.4 release that relate to those modules though, so I'm not even recommending upgrading for those issues. There are plenty of other fixes and improvements in the most recent point-releases though that may be helpful for your site(s). For the full changelog, see:

Thanks,
Alex
