I really like the "jfbcjsactivity" plugin that allows statuses to be posted to Facebook whenever the user posts them on JomSocial. However, I was picturing a checkbox under the JomSocial status box that says "Post to Facebook". That way, the user could choose whether or not they want this to happen. Have you implemented this at all?

Also, are there any other JomSocial items that will automatically post to Facebook at this point? I'd love to have this happen with photos and other items.

No and no... unfortunately. First, no, there's not a checkbox for posting to the wall. That would actually require changes to JomSocial as it would have to process that checkbox for us since it uses AJAX calls for the post. It is something that I've taken a note to look into though, but want to set expectations low, just in case it's not possible.

As for other features, the idea is to add more, but currently the posts are it. We just got the 4.2.4 release of JFBConnect out with mostly bug-fixes. Now, we're planning to look into some new features, and some of those will definitely focus on JomSocial as that's what a good % of our users use for community software. We already had a request to support pushing images (and other rich content) from status posts to the users wall. Right now, we only do text. If we implement that, it's just a hop and a skip to doing rich content from other area.

If you have specifics on what images you'd like posted (are you just saying any that are added to a user's gallery), or the 'other items' you mention, let us know!

I would think that the most useful would be pushing pictures and videos whenever they're added to a user's profile (whenever new photos are uploaded, for instance). That would gain our site the most exposure.

The checkbox would be necessary for me to be comfortable enough with your plugin. Otherwise, users might be shocked to find out that their status updates were being put on FB without their knowledge.

I also would love to see both the abpve features (Especially the checkbox) if you can. I'm also perfectly happy to go editing source files if that's what it would take. Pushing other stuff would be nice too :)
