There's a few different ways to configure the K2 / Facebook comments integration, and I'm pretty sure we can do what you're looking for. Can you post a page that is showing it incorrectly so we can take a look and see for ourselves?
Also, please let us know what version of JFBConnect you are using. Normally, I'd also ask you to post from the account you subscribed from too, as priority support is for subscribers only. We're working on sorting out your subscription in another post though.
