That is a valid SourceCoast Subscriber ID. However, the ID is tied to your account which you haven't actually subscribed to JFBConnect from.
Did you purchase JFBConnect? If so, can you give me any information about your purchase, like the PayPal Transaction ID? With that, we can look it up to determine what account the purchase was credited to and figure out where something went wrong. Currently though, the account you are posting with does not have an active subscription to JFBConnect.
Hope that explains. We'll gladly do what we can to sort things out, but need more information on how you purchased JFBConnect.
