Yes, the support area is how we do support. It allows for users to try and find answers that have already been resolved and has worked very well for us over the last 3 years. There is a Private Messaging ability built into the forum for information you don't want in the public. Additionally, since you've run the Autotune utility, we can see your URL already for better debugging purposes.
As for the Virtuemart support, what were you looking for? The JFBConnect - Virtuemart Profile Plugin lets you import information from the user's Facebook profile into their JomSocial profile. If that isn't working, definitely let us know. If you expected something else, let us know that as well.
