Topic-icon Enabling System - JFBCSystem Completely Kills Site

I just upgraded to the most recent version, and subsequently uninstalled the old version, then installed the new version. Our site went completely 500

Through the process of elimination, I have found that enabling System - JFBCSystem plugin is what is killing our site.

We want to integrate this with our PayPlans subscription service, but not if this is going to take an inordinate amount of time to correct & maintain.

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

In Global Configuration, please disable GZip compression and set Error Reporting to "Maximum". If you have any other 'optimization' plugins or extensions enabled, please disable those as well.

That should *hopefully* show a real PHP error so we can see what's happening and provide a real solution. The other suggestion would be to disable any profile plugins you have enabled to see if that fixes the problem. If so, let us know what profile plugin was disabled so we can go from there.

Had to completely uninstall the component to be able to see the Articles on our site. I think we just need a refund, unless someone there can get it to work for us 100%. Thanks.

If you're getting just a white screen (no errors), that means your server is overriding the Joomla error reporting setting. You'd need to update your configuration to allow errors to be reported.

Did you try disabling the profile plugins (if enabled)?
