What version of JFBConnect are you using? We'd recommend going fully through our documentation which will guide you through each step of the process to fully setup and configure JFBConnect: www.sourcecoast.com/jfbconnect/docs/configuration-guide

I am using version 4.1.2.
How can I get the latest version of JFBConnect?
If I try to read the document, it says 'subscription required' even thoght I already logged in.
My active subscriptions shown as 'NONE' but I have 6 months subscription.
Is that right?

There's no subscription to JFBConnect (or any of our products) that's ever been associated with the account you're posting from. If you have a subscription, it's under a different account. Do you have any information on the purchase you made, like a Transaction ID from PayPal or anything else we can use to look it up? Could you have logged into our site using your Facebook credentials?
To get the latest version of JFBConnect, you'll need to find the account you originally subscribed with.
