Sorry for the confusion. We're working on revamping our packaging system as things are a bit.. overwhelming right now
The plugin can be found in the jfbconnect_profile_plugins zip file and it's name is "plg_community_jfbcjsactivity_j1.7_j2.5_v4.2.0". Yeah, that's the definition of confusing, we know. Once installed, there's some instructions on how to set it up (though there's not much to it) at the bottom of the doc page below:
