We need a module that will show facebook, twitter and Google+

I'm assuming you mean the social buttons (like, share, +1, etc) and not login functionality for those other networks. We currently don't have a module that has enable/disable options for each of those. However, you can easily add the following tags to a Custom HTML module and have the same effect:The custom HTML module will also let you wrap those in HTML so you can format where they land however you want. Glad I could help. At some point, we'll have a module to place all those social buttons, but for now, the Custom HTML module is the best (and actually most flexible) option available.
