Hi there,

I cannot seem to find any documentation on what I need to do to import facebook avatars so I can use them in Kunena and K2. Would you be kind enough to provide some direction or a link to documentation.

Hello,

I just wanted to add that I am using Joomla 1.5, and the latest version of JFBConnect. I installed and enabled the K2 and Kunena plugins. I also enabled the always import data and import avatar settings in the admin. Do I need to use the fb log in to get my avatar?

The Configuration Guide page below should give the instructions:

Mainly, unzip the profiles zip file that was in the JFBConnect package, install the Kunena and K2 plugins, enable them, and go to the "Profiles" area of JFBConnect. In there are options to "Import Avatar" that should do what you're looking for.

Sorry, missed your 2nd post above before I posted.

Yes, the import avatar and profile functionality only functions when the user logs in or initially registers using their Facebook account.
