For an example, as well, you can check out our own blog. We use the button style layout on the main page and the box layout (similar to what you posted). Both options can be configured in the Social configuration area, that Mati pointed too. We don't offer all the buttons you show (mainly missing the last two), but I think the look is both clean and similar to what you mention:
