We just did some more investigation into your problem. The reason that the login isn't working on the home page is because you're using the ShareThis widget on that page and not the others. That widget is re-loading the Facebook Javascript library and initializing it in a way that's incompatible with JFBConnect. Please try disabling it altogether and see if the home page starts working. If so, and you need to enable it again, please see if there's a way to disable the Facebook integration it has. Otherwise, there will continue to be a conflict.
