Hi,

I've recently installed JFBConnect on my site and I'm trying to make a new user login but the second step of the login is blank. The URL is www.bbite.com/es.

have you followed the Configuration Guide , have a FB APP and JFBC is showing green Vs in it's initial page?

Hi,

Yes I've followed the steps on the guide. I've attached here my FB App configuration. It's correct right?

I've found that the login works on my admin login page and Jomsocial page but not the Home page.

Not sure why it's not working on the main page, but I see on the JomSocial page that you still have their Facebook Connect integration enabled. Within JomSocial, the Facebook integration should be disabled as that will interfere with JFBConnect. You can read more about how to properly integrate with JomSocial below:

Can you disable that and check that no other Facebook extensions are loaded and enabled on your site? If you still have issues on the main page then, let us know and we'll do what we can to help you figure it out!

Hi Mike,

I've disabled the Jomsocial plugin as well as removed the FB ID in the configuration. The same error occurred before I installed Jomsocial. I installed it to test if I configured my FB App correctly. So apparently it's correct since in both instances I am able to connect the user FB from all pages cept the front page. Let me know if you need any other info.

could it be that in the FB App you have set www.bbite.com and not www.bbite.com/es?

I've set the site URL to www.bbite.com/es/ that's why the button works on other parts cept the home page.
