Kasper,
I'm assuming this only happens during registration, and not during every login? There isn't anything in JFBConnect that sends an email after each login from a user.

As for the registration process, we do send the new user registration email to both the user and the administrator. That's done using Joomla's built in Mail system though, and shouldn't be causing any problems for you. If you're seeing this just during registration, and not at any other times, please let us know what your setting is for "Mailer" in the Global Configuration area of Joomla. That may help us narrow some things down.

Thanks,
Alex

It is set to the PHP email function in the backend.

And yes it only happens on registration.

Kasper,
Sorry for the delay. We've been doing some research, and we can't find a reason this would be happening. It's definitely not a common issue. I know your server is very 'secure'. Is it possible there is something on your site limiting the email functionality?

Also, can you try registering through the from end using the normal Joomla flow and see if that properly sends an email? There should be a separate email for both the user that registered and another to the administrator.

Thanks,
Alex
