It's also possible that we're not parsing out the #CCCCCC in your code properly. Can you try changing it to "border_color=silver" and see if that helps?
The only other possibilities we can think of are:
* If you have caching enabled, which can prevent the tags from being replaced entirely if configured wrong. If so, can you disable all caching in Global Config and the System plugin and see if that fixes things. If so, let us know and we can help you re-enable it.
* If you've set a "Render Key" in the Social Configuration - Misc tab, you'll need to make sure you include that in the tag like {JFBCFan ... key=1234}
