Topic-icon error when clicking profiles

please find the attached. when i click "Profile" tab the page looks like this. i'm not able to save what changes i have done,

recently i upgraded to 4.1.2 version.

A page like that means that there's a PHP error on the page. Can you go to the Global Configuration area and set Error Reporting to Maximum. Visit the profiles page again, and look for bold black text. Let us know what the error is, and we should be able to help more.

i got few error messages in the profile page and they are

John,
We had a server issue yesterday and lost a few posts. I just wanted to make sure this one had a response so we could help you if you're still having issues.

The Notice's you mention above are related to mod_jomProfileMenu and JomSocial itself. I'm not sure what jomProfileMenu is, or why it's throwing the notices, but if you can disable that extension temporarily to see if that helps, it may help narrow down the issue.

Also, if the page isn't loading fully, it's not because of Notices. There should be an Error someone on the screen. That will really be necessary to figure out what's preventing the page from loading.
