Issue with App was created by guerrilla
Any idea what this means and how I can fix it?

The app "Our APP Name" is temporarily unavailable due to an issue with its third-party developer. We are investigating the situation and apologize for any inconvenience.

This is from Facebook. The test invites sent fine and seemed to work. I did not get this issue. I was wondering why I got no conversions. I have 236 pending requests.

Where are you seeing the error message you posted above? Is that when you click the Requests link, or somewhere else? We haven't seen that before, and it's likely something you'd need to contact Facebook about, as it seems like a restriction they've placed on your account.

For the pending requests, that could be because of the notice you mention. There's also an update for JFBConnect coming out next week (4.1.2) which changes the Requests a little due to a bug in Facebook which doesn't let us mark Requests as 'Read' if the user hasn't already authenticated through your application. We're hoping they fix it soon, but until then, the Request counter will be off.

This is what is seen in facebook. The facebook user gets the alert from us, but when they click that alert in facebook they are taken to that message.

If you go to your application canvas url directly, do you get that message (apps.facebook.com/your-url), or is it just with Requests?

Not sure what we can do, but if you can post the Canvas URL or the place where we can send a test request on your site, that may help us narrow down a cause.

Yes, if I go to my canvas url directly and with the request I get the same error. I've submitted a bug report to Facebook also. If you need I can PM you my app canvas URL or admin to the joomla site.

Feel free to PM me both your site URL and the Canvas URL. I don't think Joomla admin credentials are needed now, as it doesn't seem like this is an error on the Joomla/JFBConnect configuration side at all.

I think the bug report to Facebook will help the most, but if we see anything out of the ordinary, we'll let you know.
