Your subscription is active and everything should be available to download. What happens when you go to the My Subscriptions area? There should be another link for JFBConnect6. When clicked into, you'll reach the following page:
www.sourcecoast.com/subscriptions/view/1
At the bottom of that page are the available downloads for Joomla 1.5 and Joomla 1.7+. Hope that helps, but if not, please post back here with what you are seeing, any error messages you may be receiving, or anything else we can use to diagnose the problem.
