On your demo I saw a terms & conditions check box (cute). How do you enable that? do I need a pug in for that or have I not seen the default for that yet?

For extra fields, you'd need to have some other 3rd party extension installed. Specifically, the ones that have Terms and Conditions built in are JomSocial and Community Builder, both of when you can use to have the checkbox. Both of those are pretty much overkill though for just a T&C button.

If you're using Joomla 1.7, it has a built in profile plugin which can also show a checkbox. Alternatively, if you'd like, we can probably help you add a simple checkbox which has some javascript validation on it. It won't store in the database that the user actually clicked it, but it will at least let you have some confidence the user checked it before registering. Similarly, we can help you add a simple "Please make sure you've read our Terms" link on the registration page.

Just let us know how we can help,
Alex

I just looked in the plug in section of 1.7 and I did not see it. with cb it is a mute subject but did that profile plug in come with the core of 1.7 or an added plugin?

The plugin for Joomla comes with it. It's called "User - Profiles", I believe. In there, there are some predefined fields you can enable. I was pretty sure there's a T&C field, but I could be wrong. If you enable that, it should show up during registration.

Hope that helps,
Alex
