Hello! First of all congratulations for such a great component!

We have installed it without problems, but we have an issue here with the integration with JomSocial.
After a user fills the required fields on registration form, that information doesn't get imported to the profile.
The registration is done, but when you check out someone's profile there's no information about the user.
How can we solve this problem?

Well that's obviously not good. There's a few things that can cause this, and we'll help you get going how we can.

First, please make sure that the user is properly created in Joomla. Mainly, the username they select and email from Facebook is indeed created correctly, right? Additionally, it looks like you have the Bio field from Facebook set to auto-import. Is that field coming in? It will help us to know if the auto fields, versus the manually input fields, are being imported.

Then, can you let me know any other User Plugins you have enabled? Many times, when profile data doesn't import, it's because of a conflicting User plugin.

Finally, if nothing seems out of the ordinary, or you don't have other User Plugins other than Joomla/JFBConnect, can you let us know your JomSocial and Joomla versions, and we'll see what else we can come up with.

That's it! Probably there“s a conflict with different user plugins!!
If i send you the credentials to access our website admin area, would you please have a look to it?!

Can you tell us what other User plugins you have enabled, or even try disabling all but the Joomla and JFBConnect User plugins and see if that fixes it?

While you can give us access, you know your site better than we ever will. So testing with certain plugins disabled will likely be easier for you to know the ramifications better than us. If you do narrow it down to a specific plugin though, we'll gladly do what we can to work around any conflicts that may be occurring.

I've narrowed the user plugin list, but so far nothing changed.

We did some testing tonight and think we've localized the problem for some configurations. We'll be doing some more testing tomorrow, and likely have a new profile plugin available for JomSocial sometime tomorrow that should fix this issue for those users affected.

I just emailed you the newest JomSocial profile plugin, v4.1.1 to the email address you have on file here at sourcecoast (info@...). If you'd like it sent somewhere else, please let us know.

We'll be releasing this plugin in the JFBConnect v4.1.1 release, due out tomorrow, but wanted to get it to you sooner since it was causing you issues. If you run into problems with this version, please let us know.
