What version of JFBConnect are you using? If it's 3.x, Facebook discontinued support for the authentication mechanism used in that version earlier this month. We've sent multiple newsletters, created a few blog posts, and tweeted about the update over the last few months, so hopefully that's not it. If you are on 3.x though, upgrading to 4.0 should fix your problem immediately.

If that doesn't help, we'll help you figure out the problem however we can.

You'd need to renew your subscription to get access to the newest release. Once subscribed, the files will be in your "My Subscriptions" area.

Upgrading is an easy process of installing the new version and checking that your settings are still correct. There have been a ton of new features since 3.1, but all the old features should still work pretty much as before. The full upgrade guide can be found below:
