cab JFBConnect do this in joomla?

Hi,

I have a website that I would love to link to facebook (as a lot of my target audience uses facebook)
But I havn't had any luck in getting facebook connect to work in my joomla site.

I have a self written db (php,mysql) that I use besides joomla that stores events.
that db is used in my joomla site through the extention "jumi"

I dream of connecting that db with facebook...
share the events, beïng able to attend those events and so on ...

is that possible with JFBConnect or do I need to make the whole thing myself ?
