I just upgraded to the 4.0.3 version of JFBConnect and 4.0 version of CB plugin because my users were complaining that they could no longer login with their FB credentials.

Previously when a user attempted to login using their FB credentials for the first time a CB user would be created and associated with their FB login. This no longer works. What is happening now is that the user provides their FB credentials and nothing happens. What might have changed with the upgrade to break this functionality? I have reviewed all of the JFBConnect configuration settings since performing the upgrade and it does not look as though they've changed at all. I have not modified the configuration. Is there some other step in the upgrade that I need to perform with regard to integration with CB?

We're using CB version 1.4

Also note the following setting:
Show Non-Mapped Required Fields: Yes

Problem seems to be limited to Firefox and IE. For some reason it works fine in Chrome. In fact when I try to login using IE or Firefox with an account that I know works in Chrome the FB popup displays for a moment and then just disappears leaving me at the CB login screen. If I open FB I can see that I'm logged in but each time I press the "Login with Facebook" button I just get a popup for a moment and then nothing.

If you're using any caching within Joomla, make sure you've cleared that. Our Javascript has changed a lot in the 4.x release, and if you're using a minification or compression script, that could cause the old 3.x Javascript to still load. Additionally, we'd recommend clearing your browser cache, though this shouldn't be necessary.

If that doesn't work, let us know the URL of a page with the problem, and we'll gladly investigate further.

Confirmed that caching is disabled in Global Settings within Joomla. I purged expired cache just for fun. Same result in FF and IE.

I just tried from Firefox and got in without any issue. It logged me into the account I created there a while ago. Feel free to delete that account and I can try to create a new user.

My guess is still one of cache. There's nothing wrong that I can see with your site, and my guess is that Firefox is still caching our old Javascript file. Can you test from another computer, preferably one that hasn't visited the site in a few days (or that you can clear the cache/history from completely).
